I’ve pondered that over the years; How can a “professional” have an inward focus in an industry that is of such vital importance to their clients? To my surprise several of those “self” focused Realtors are successful. – So here’s my web sight with my name emblazoned across it…. and it’s about you. That said, let me introduce myself.

I remember that during the first years of my career a Realtor was the guardian of the information. That was a long time ago, almost prehistoric to some, before the Internet. Back then Realtors held the power of information, the “holy grail” that many Realtors felt their livelihoods were justified by. The reality was that many of them were right. Other than hoarding information they made limited contribution. As the Internet matured one by one they dropped out of the industry. Since then the real estate industry has evolved in many ways, most of which positive. Buyer brokerage, updated Alberta dower laws, inspections, agency, real property reports, significant industry standard contract changes and much more. All of which, over time, I hope to review with you with the goal of empowering you to help you make your very best real estate decisions.
